外周动脉采血在新生儿护理中的应用分析

目的研究并分析外周动脉采血在新生儿护理中的应用。方法选择我院于2012年1月-2013年1月收治的80例新生儿为研究对象，按照随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组外周动脉采血法，对照组使用常规股静脉穿刺法，统计观察组和对照组一次采血的成功率与患儿疼痛度。结果观察组一次采血成功率为95．0％（38／40），对照组一次采血成功率为85．0％（34／40），不良反应发生率分别为7．5％（3／40）和20．0％（8／40），上述数据组间比较差异显著（P〈O．05），差异有统计学意义。结论外周动脉采血是一种安全、可靠、不良反应小的采血方式，值得在新生儿护理中进行推广应用。
