基于商业智能的医院决策支持系统研究与实现

随着医院信息化的快速发展，医院已经建设完成HIS、EMR、LIS、PACS等业务系统，基本满足了医院日常运营与诊疗服务的需要，但因业务系统由不同厂商开发，数据存储在异构数据库中，原有的领导综合查询系统难以对业务数据进行有效整合与分析利用。南华大学附属第一医院应用基于商业智能技术的决策支持系统，通过全院统一的信息整合与PDCA循环管理思想，实现了对三级综合医院评审指标等医院管理指标的多维分析、预警、监测与管控，提高了该院精细化管理水平。

Research and Realization of Hospital Decision Support System Based on Business Intelligence

With the rapid development of hospital information system, hospital has completed the building of HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS and other business systems, to meet the basic needs of the hospital daily operation and treatment services, but because of business system developed by different manufacturers, the data stored in heterogeneous databases integrated query system, it is hard to utilize and integrate the original business for hospital. The hospital based on the business intelligence decision support system and the unified information integration with Deming cycle’s management methodology to realize the multidimensional analyzing, pre-warning, monitoring and controlling to improve management lever and get the requirement of three comprehensive hospital evaluation index of hospital management indicators.
