| 摘 要： | 目的分析献血者发生献血不良反应的原因，寻求有效防护措施，降低献血反应发生率。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2012年12月在本中心血站献血的39563例无偿献血者的献血资料，进行综合分析。结果39563例无偿献血者，发生献血不良反应者543例，献血反应率1．37％，其中心理因素351例，占献血反应总人数的64．64％。结论献血反应是由多种因素引起的，但最主要因素是心理因素，因此做好献血者的心理护理护，可有效减少献血反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of adverse reactions occurred in blood donors, to seek the effective protective mea- sures, reduce the adverse reaction rate. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2012 January to 2012 December in 39563 cases of the blood center blood donation of the volunteer blood donors from the data, a comprehensive analysis of. Results 39563 cases of vol- untary blood donors, 543 cases of blood donation adverse reactions, adverse reaction rate was 1.37%, including 351 cases of psy- chological factors, accounting for 64.64% of the total number of blood donation reaction. Conclusion Blood donation reaction is caused by many factors, but the most important factor is the psychological factors, and psychological nursing donor support, can ef- fectively reduce the occurrence of blood donation reaction. |
