利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者C-肽水平的影响

目的 探讨药物利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者C-肽水平的影响.方法 采用酶联免疫法测定T2DM患者及正常人C-肽水平,分析空腹血糖、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C肽（空腹、餐后1h、餐后2 h）等指标,调整剂量FPG,观察利拉鲁肽治疗前后24周以上T2DM患者血浆C-肽水平变化,并分析结果.结果 治疗组和对照组患者治疗前FPG、2PhPG、H bIAC明显高于正常组（P＜0.1）,C肽（空腹、餐后1 h、餐后2 h）低于正常组（P＜0.1）.治疗后治疗组和对照组FPG、2 hPPG、HbIAC明显下降均已达标,与治疗前相比有显著差异（P＜0.5）,且治疗组下降幅度明显优于对照组（P＜0.5）.治疗后、治疗组C肽与治疗前相比明显提高（P＜0.1）,对照组C肽较治疗前亦提高（P＜0.5）,且治疗组明显高于对照组（P＜0.5）.结论 利拉鲁肤不仅有降血糖,减轻体重,低血糖风险低,有利于维持血糖稳定,最主要是显著调节胰岛细胞功能,促进胰岛p细胞新生及分化,减少胰岛日细胞凋亡,从而增加胰岛细胞数量,增加C-肽分泌.
