晚期产后出血25例临床分析

目的分析探讨晚期产后出血原因、治疗方式及预防措施。方法回顾性分析25例晚期产后出血患者的临床资料。结果引起晚期产后出血的主要原因有胎盘胎膜残留,其次为子宫复旧不良、产褥感染及子宫切口感染裂开等,25例患者经过药物及手术治疗后均痊愈。结论重视预防,及时诊断和正确处理,尤其是第三产程的处理,可降低及预防晚期产后出血的发生率,对严重急性出血患者可行子宫切除术。

Clinical Analysis of 25 Cases of Postpartum Haemorrhage

Objective To analysis the reasons of the late postpartum haemorrhage,treatment methods and preventive measures. Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of 25 cases patients with postpartum haemorrhage. Results The main reason for the postpartum haemorrhage caused by placenta fetal membranes remains,then was followed by uterine involution bad,puerperal infection and infection of the uterine incision dehiscence,etc. 25 patients were cured after drugs and surgical treatment. Conclusion Focus on prevention, timely diagnosis and proper treatment,especially the third stage of processing,which could reduce and prevent the incidence of late postpartum haemorrhage,patients with severe acute bleeding can use of hysterectomy.
