早产儿脑损伤的预后及早期干预的研究进展

早产儿是一组易引起不同程度神经系统发育障碍的高危人群,好发脑损伤,随着月龄的增长,脑损伤所致神经发育后遗症改变愈发明显。而脑损伤早产儿在新生儿期常无明显的临床症状,易被忽视,因此,需要通过影像学检查来确诊早产儿脑损伤。目前对早产儿脑损伤尚无特异性的治疗方法,只有尽早确诊和早期干预,才能促进脑损伤早产儿的智力发育,减少伤残率,改善脑损伤早产儿的预后。

Progress about Prognosis of Brain Damage of Premature Infant and its Early Intervention

Premature infant is a high risk group easily having stunted nervouse system in different degree. The damage mosdy occurred in brain. With the increased month ,the neurodevelopmental sequelae resulting from brain injury is more obvious. Premature infants with brain injury are easily neglected because they often has no obvious clinical manifestation in neonatal period. So, the identification of premature depends on imaging examination. At present, there is no specific therapy for premature brain injury, but the earlier diagnosis and intervention can promote the intelligence development, reduce the rate of disability, and promote the prognosis of premature infant with brain injury.
