主动服务在门诊输液病人中的应用与观察

摘    要:目的:为门诊输液者提供主动服务,提高对输液工作的满意度。方法:输液前对病人做好护理评估,输液中根据病人的个体差异实施人性化主动服务,输液后及时给予病人健康教育,为病人进一步检查和治疗提供咨询服务。结果:门诊输液者对护士门诊输液工作满意度提高。结论:为门诊输液病人提供输液过程中的主动服务,可提高病人的满意度。

Abstract:Objective : To elevate satisfaction of transfusion work, patient were provided for initiative service in the outpatient transfusion room. Methods: At the beginning of transfusing, nurses should do care for each patient assessment; during the transfusion, the concept.of humanity was enshrined in the details of each care which was based on individual difference of the patients ; after transfusing, the patients gained health education from nurses in time, and advisory service were given for further examination and treatment of the patients. Results: This method increased the satisfaction of the outpatient transfusion room. Conclusion: It can improve satisfaction of the patient to provide the initiative service in the process of the transfusion.
