实时图像合成技术在颈部血管动脉粥样硬化中的临床研究

目的评估实时图像合成(SonoCT)技术在颈部血管粥样动脉硬化斑块形成中的临床应用价值。方法用SonoCT技术对12例颈部动脉硬化斑块形成进行检查,并与普通超声进行对比。结果12例动脉硬化,SonoCT与普通超声图像比较斑点的影响明显减少,改进了对比分辨力。同时发现血管图像的伪像被抑制,并增加了实时结构的内容;斑块边界和界面可见度得到改善;血管的内膜及软斑清晰可见;较小的斑块可被SonoCT检出。结论与普通超声比较,SonoCT可减低伪像与干扰,提高图像质量,有增加颈部动脉硬化斑块形成阳性检出率的效果。

Clinical study of SonoCT technique in carotid arteriosclerosis

Objective To assess the clinical value of SonoCT technique in detecting carotid arteriosclerotic plaques.Methods We examined 12 patients with carotid arteriosclerotic plaques by SonoCT compared with conventional ultrasound.Results In the 12 patients,the appearance of speckles reduced significantly,and the contrast resolution was improved by SonoCT compared with conventional ultrasound.SonoCT was also found to suppress artifacts and enhance images of real structures in the carotid arteries.The visibility of boundaries and inferfaces of plaques was improved.Carotid intima and soft plaques were clearly visualized.Even small plaques could be detected.Conclusions SonoCT enhances image quality by reducing antifacts,there by raising the detection rate of carotid arteriosclerotic plaques.
