泉州口岸1987～1998年HIV／AIDS监测分析及对策初探

泉州口岸自1987年开展艾滋病监测，于1991年发现首例感染者，至1998年8月共发现HIV感染者和AIDS患者20例，其中出现AIDS前期相关综合症2例；AIDS病人6例(5列已死亡)。20例中男性14例；女性6例。最小年龄19岁；最大60岁。以20-39岁年龄组为高发年龄组，占75％。职业分布为外籍华侨商人3例；国内商人3例；国际海员4例；农民7例；供血者2例；服务从业人员l例。有出国史的10例中，承认在泰国等地有嫖娼史7例；无出国史的10例中；承认在国内有卖淫、嫖娼史3例，夫妻间性传播3例；血液传播4例。

Epidemiclogical Analyysis and Preventive Strategies on HIV/AIDS in Quanzhou Port

AIDS Surveillance has been started at Quanzhou port since 1987, for which the first case of HIV -infected was found in 1991, including 14 cases of HIV - infected and 6 AIDS patients were found in 1987 - 1998, among that 6 patients, 5 were died. Among 20 cases, the youngest was 19 years old, the oldest was 60 years old, the high risk group was in 20 - 39 years old range which involves 15% . 14 cases of them were male, their average age was 31 years old; 6 were female their average age was 28.5 years old. Also there were 3 foreign merchants, 3 domestic traders, 4 intertional sailors, 7 peasants, 2 blood donors, 1 prostitute. Unsafe sexual behaviour was the main way causing HIV spread. Among 20 infected persons, there were 10 cases who admitted that they had ever experienced unsafe sexual behaviour, at which 7 were in Thailand and other countries, 3 were in domestic. Among 20 cases, there were 2 cases infected with HIV by donating blood, and 2 cases being given a blood transfusion.According to the above materials which we have mastered, we made a preliminary discussion on the epidemiological tendency and preventive strategies on HIV/AIDS at Quanzhou port.
