反复呼吸道感染患儿IgG亚类及维生素A水平的关联研究

目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿IgG亚类及维生素A水平的关系。方法:采用ELISA方法检测血清IgG亚类;采用高效液相色谱分析Miller改良法进行VitA的测定。结果:RRTI患者血清IgG亚类IgG2、4水平及VitA水平均低于对照组,差异具有显著性。结论:RRTI患者虽然IgG正常,仍有IgG亚类异常,尤其是IgG2、4水平水平低于正常人。RRTI患者存在VitA水平低于正常儿童,而IgG2、4水平水平降低可能与VitA水平有关。

Detection of IgG subclasses and Vit A in children with repeated respiratory tract infection

Objective:To detect the relationship between IgG subclasses and Vit A in children with repeated respiratory tract infection (RRTI).Methods:The serum IgG subclasses were detected by ELISA for 80 RRTI children compared with 80 health children as the control group, while Vit A were also detected by high performance liquid chromatography-Miller method.Results:The serum of IgG2, 4 and the level of Vit A in RRTI children had significant difference compared with those in control group.Conclusion:Although the level of IgG might have no difference between RRTI and health children, the difference existes in the IgG subclasses, especially the level of IgG 2,4.The serum levels of IgG 2,4 in children of RRTI are lower than those in the normal group. And the level of Vit A in RRTI children is also less than that in the normal group.The decrease of IgG 2,4 may have some relationship with the deficiency of Vit A.
