| 摘 要： | 报告1例全身多发性脂囊瘤.患者男,40岁.因全身泛发囊肿30年就诊.无家族史.组织病理检查示真皮至皮下有不规则囊腔,囊壁为复层鳞状上皮,无颗粒层,与多个皮脂腺相连接.诊断:多发性脂囊瘤.患者未接受治疗.

| Abstract: | A case of generalized steatocystoma multiplex is reported. The patient was a 40-year-old Chinese male of 30-year history of multiple, asymptomatic, smooth cysts involving the head, face, trunk and extremities. Medical and hereditary history was nothing remarkable. Pathological examination revealed normal epidermis, and a winding cyst in the dennis that included capsule wall of stratified pavement epithelium without granular layer, and erythroid homogeneous content. The wall of the cyst connected with some sebaceous glands. A diagnosis of steatocystoma multiplex was made. The patient declined any treatment. |
