半关节突全椎板切除原位回植法治疗胸椎黄韧带骨化症

目的:探讨胸椎黄韧带骨化症(OLF)的诊断与手术治疗方法.方法:回顾性总结14例患者的外科治疗过程,采用半关节突全椎板整块切除原位回植法,术中体感诱发电位监护.结果:术后全部病例随访半年以上,平均21个月.优7例,良4例,改善3例,优良率为78.5%,总有效率92.8%,无严重并发症发生.结论:半关节突全椎板整块切除原位回植法是治疗OLF的一种有效术式.

En bloc hemi-articular process laminectomy and retransplantation for ossification of the ligamentum flavum

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and the surgical method of ossification of ligamentum flavum (OLF)in the thoracic spine.Method:The clinical manifestation,imaging feature,surgical methods and clinical results of 14 cases of OLF were respectively studied.All patients were operated with en bloc hemi-articular process laminectomy and retransplantation.SSEps monitor was applied during the operation.Result:All patients were followed up for more than half year with an average of 21 months.Seven patients were graded as excellent,while 4 cases were good and 3 cases were fair after the operation.Excellent and good rate was 78.5%,efficient rate was 92.8%.No serious complication occured.Conclusion:En bloc hemi-articular process laminectomy and retransplantation is an effective approach for the patients of OLF.
