| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾中药活性成分对体外培养成骨细胞增殖和功能的影响.方法:体外培养成骨细胞,观察补肾中药含药血清对成骨细胞增殖率和ALP活性的影响.结果:补肾中药含药血清对成骨细胞增殖能力和ALP活性有增强作用.结论:补肾中药活性成分对体外培养成骨细胞的增殖和功能有促进作用.

| Abstract: | The aim of the study was to invest the effect on proliferation and function of osteoblast cultured in vitro with Shen-nourishing herbs active components. Methods: The response to Shen-nourishing herbs in drug serum was studied in osteoblast cultured in vitro.Osteoblast proliferation ratio and ALP activity were assayed. Results: It was evident the enhancement of Shen-nourishing herbs in drug serum on proliferation ability and ALP activity in osteoblast cultured in vitro. Conclusions: Shen-nourishing herbs active components had the effect on enhancing proliferation and function in osteoblast cultured in vitro. |
