湘西北地区神经型地方性克汀病人血清甲状腺激素及有关抗体水平的分析

本文对66例神经型地克病人血清 TGab TMab T_3 T_4 TSH IgG IgA IgM 进行了正常对比测定,结果两组无显著差异。提出神经型地克病的发病与自身免疫无关,在补碘后甲状腺功能基本正常。

THE ANALYSIS OF THE LEVELS OF SERO-ANTIBODY AND SERO-THYROI-DISM OF THE PATIENTS WITH THE NEURO-ENDEMIC CRETINISM IN THE NORTHERN-WEST OF HUNAN

In order to study the levels of the sero-antibody and sero-thyroidism of the patients with the neuro-endemic cretinism in northern-west of Hun-an,we analyzed the sero-thyroglobulin anti-body(TGab),thyromicrosomeantibody(TMab),T_3,T_4,TSH,and IgG,IgA,IgM,for the 66 patientswith neuro-endemic cretinism by methods of case-control study,radioimmunity et al.The results showed that their difference was non-significant(p>0.05)between the case-group and control-group,all of the positiverate of the TGab or/and TMab was below 5%.There were 10 patientswho belonged to the compensable hypothyroidism(15.2%)in the case-group,but only 3 patients(4.5%)in control-group.Their difference was sig-nificant(p<0.05).There were no patients with hypothyroidism in all obser-vation cases.The author thought that the positive rate of auto-thyoidismantibody of the patients with neuro-endemic cretinism was not higher thanthat of the normal persons and the immuno-globulin level was normal.Andauthor also thought that it was value-less to detect T_3,T_4,TSH in serum fordia-gnosing the neuro-cretinism in the endemic goiter area applied the saltwith KI for many years.
