| 摘 要： | 目的:观察冠心病患者中氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林负荷给药的临床疗效.方法:将160例冠心病患者随机分为两组.治疗组80例予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林口服治疗.对照组80例予单独采用阿司匹林口服治疗.两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后进行临床疗效及心电图疗效的评定.结果:治疗组80例,总有效率97.2％;对照组80例,总有效率86.1％.两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组.两组心电图疗效有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗后均有改善,治疗组优于对照组.结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病临床疗效满意,临床症状及心电图状况均有明显改善,且无不良发应发生,值得临床推广.
