| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氨茶碱加酮体芬治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床效果.方法:将118例感冒后咳嗽病人随机分为两组.治疗组60例给予氨茶碱100 mg,一日3次口服,酮体芬1 mg一日2次口服,对照组58例给予复方甘草口服液10 mL,氨溴索口服液10 mL,一日3次口服.结果:治疗组60例中显效53例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率98.3％,对照组58例中显效22例,有效20例,无效16例,总有效率75.9％.两组比较差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01).结论:氨茶碱加酮体芬治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效显著,耐受性好,且安全,不良反应少.
