| 摘 要： | 目的:评价外伤性胃肠道破裂X线平片与CT诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析32例经手术证实的外伤性胃肠道破裂患者的影像资料.结果:CT检出隔下游气体征24例；腹脏内游离积液征28例；肠壁区域性水肿增厚模糊20例；肠壁外或肠壁间积气征22例；胃肠壁周围肠系膜密度增高模糊,呈液体渗透征12例.X线平片与CT对隔下游气体检出率分别为28.1％和78.1％,两种检测方法检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).超声检查和CT对腹腔少量积液的检出率分别为71.9％和78.1％,两种检测方法检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:CT对外伤性胃肠道破裂有很高的诊断价值.
