门诊药房调剂差错分析及应对措施

目的:分析我院门诊药房调剂差错的原因,提高药品调剂工作质量.方法:根据我院近几年内登记的调配差错事件,归纳分析调剂差错的原因,并提出相应的预防措施.结果:减少调剂差错,提高服务质量,确保病人用药安全、合理、有效.结论:杜绝门诊药房调剂差错是一项长期工作,应不断完善各项防范措施.

Error analysis and countermeasures of drug dispensing in outpatient pharmacy
