| 摘 要： | 艾滋病是由人免疫缺陷病毒引起的，HIV包膜糖蛋白与CD4结合是HIV融合过程的第一步，阻断HIV的融合过程即可阻止HIV的复制和传播。因此近年来各类融合抑制剂的研究获得了较大进展。 |

| Abstract: | AIDS is caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Binding of the HIV ENV to CD4 is the initial step in the fusion cascade, so inhibiting HIV fusion cascade will inhibit the replication and spread of HIV. In this article, the present status and progress of several kinds of fusion inhibitors were reviewed. [ |
