| 摘 要： | 目的：分析鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎无效的原因。方法：回顾分析鼓膜置管无效6例的临床资料。结果：过早脱管、拔管过早、术后感染以及扁桃体、腺样体肥大是鼓膜置管无效的原因。结论：分泌性中耳炎鼓膜置管术后应采取综合性治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the causes of failure of placing tube by tympanic membrane in otitis media with effusion. Method:The clinical data of the 6 failed cases were retrospectively analyzed.Result: The reasons for failure were early tube extration,postoperative infection adenoid tonsilla,and adenoid vegetation.Conclusion:After placing tube,the operator should take synthetic treatment for otitis media with effusion. |
