| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对大鼠肝移植术后肝细胞凋亡的检测，观察不同程度排斥反应中肝细胞凋亡情况。方法 建立稳定的大鼠肝移植模型，应用TUNEL方法检测肝移植术后肝细胞的凋亡。结果 同系大鼠间未出现排斥反应，非同系大鼠间肝移植术后均出现排斥反应，发生排斥反应的移植肝脏肝细胞凋亡显著增加，应用免疫抑制剂而未出现排斥反应的移植肝脏肝细胞凋亡无显著增加。结论 肝细胞凋亡是移植肝脏排斥反应中细胞损害的重要途径之一。

Relationship between hepatocellular apoptosis and rejection after liver transplantation |

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the relationship between hepatocellular apoptosis and rejection after liver transplantation in rats. Methods The hepatocellular apoptosis was examined by TUNEL method in stable transplantation models of rats. Results No rejection was observed in rats of the same lineage post-transplantation, while rejection appeared in all the rats of different lineages in which the hepatocellular apoptosis was strikingly increased. And the increase of apoptosis was unremarkable in rats under immunosuppression. Conclusions The hepacellular apoptosis is the main mechanism for the injury of cells in liver rejection following transplantation. |
