壮阳类中成药及保健食品中非法添加11种化学药品的定性检测

目的：建立定性检测壮阳类中成药及保健食品中非法添加11种化学药品的方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱、MSE模式进行检测。色谱柱为Waters Acquity BEH C18柱（50 mm ×2.1 mm，1.7μm），含0.1%甲酸的乙腈-含0.1%甲酸的10 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液梯度洗脱，流速为0.4 mL/min；离子源为ESI源，正离子检测，扫描范围为100~600 m/ z。结果11种化学药品得到了较好分离，在6 min内完成快速检测。结论该方法快速、简便、灵敏、准确，可用于药品打假工作中的快速检测。

Qualitative Determination of 11 Kinds of Chemical Medicines Illegally Added in Anti-Impotence Traditional Chinese Medicines and Health Foods by UPLC-Q-TOF

Objective To establish a UPLC-Q-TOF method for the qualitative determination of 11 kinds of chemical medicines ille-gally added in anti-impotence traditional Chinese medicines and health foods. Methods UPLC-Q-TOF and the MSE mode were adopted to perform the qualitative determination with the Waters Acquity BEH C18 column （ 50 mm × 2. 1 mm, 1. 7 μm ） , acetonitrile （ containing 0. 1% formic acid ） -10 mmol/L ammonium formate solution （ containing 0. 1% formic acid ） for the gradient elution, and the flow rate of 0. 4 mL/min. The ion source was electrospray ionization （ ESI ） with the positive ion detection. The scan range was 100-600 m/z. Resuts Under the selected chromatography condition, 11 kinds of chemical medicines could get a better separation and the detection was rapidly completed within 6 min. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the fast qualitative detection in the crackdown work of counterfeit goods.
