摘    要:目的 比较不同产地与规格半夏中4种核苷(或碱基)的含量。方法 测定甘肃省及省外(贵州、江西等)13个半夏药材样品中4种核苷(或碱基)的含量,并进行样品聚类分析,发现药材的道地性;同时选取其中3个产地(甘肃清水永靖、贵州、云南)的3种规格(大、中、小)半夏进行核苷(或碱基)含量测定,比较含量差异。采用高效液相色谱法同时测定4种核苷(或碱基)的含量,并用SPSS统计软件进行系统聚类分析和嵌套设计资料方差分析。结果 系统聚类分析,甘肃省半夏聚为一类,省外半夏聚为另一类;嵌套设计资料方差分析,P=0.749〉0.01,不同规格样品间含量差异无统计学意义。结论 半夏药材的核苷(或碱基)含量跟产地有关,甘肃省与省外可很好地区分,说明了甘肃半夏的道地性特征;但不同规格间样品核苷(或碱基)含量无明显差异,说明规格不能作为评判半夏药材质量好坏的指标。

Content Determination and Statistical Analysis of Four Nucleosides or Bases in Different Habitats and Specifications of Rhizoma Pinellia Ternate

Abstract:Objective To compare the contents of four nucleosides or bases in different habitats and specifications of Rhizoma Pinellia ternate. Methods The HPLC method was adopted to simultaneously determine the contents of four nucleosides or bases in 13 samples of Rhizoma Pinellia ternate medicinal material from Gansu province and outside the province (Guizhou,Jiangxi,etc.). The hierarchical-cluster analysis was performed for finding the genuineness of medicinal material;at the same time the samples of Rhizoma Pinellia terhate were selected from 3 kinds of specification(large,middle small) in 3 habitats(Gansu Qingshui Yongjing,Guizhou,Yunnan) for detecting the nucleosides or bases content. The SPSS statistical software was used to perform the hierarchical- cluster analysis and nested ANOVA analysis. Results The hierarchical- cluster analysis showed that Rhizoma Pinellia ternate from Gansu province clustered into one class and those from other provinces clustered into another class. In the nested ANOVA analysis, P =0. 749 〉 0. 01 ,which showed that the difference in content among different specifications had no statistical significance. Conclusion The nucleoside or bases content of Rhizoma Pinellia ternate is related with the habitat of the medicinal material, and Rhizoma Pinellia ternate from Gansu has a good distinction with others, which indicating the Gansu Pinellia's genuineness characteristics;the nucleoside or bases content in different specifications of Rhizoma Pinellia ternate has no obvious difference,which indicating that the specification can not serve as an index for judging the quality of Rhizoma Pinellia ternate.
