Market模式在手术室高值耗材管理中的应用

目的探讨新形势下手术室高值耗材的科学管理方法。方法将2012年1-5月使用的高值耗材10 200件作为对照组,2012年6-10月使用的高值耗材12 324件作为观察组,对照组使用传统管理,观察组实施Market模式管理。结果观察组每日清点费时数、耗材漏帐次数和提供耗材时间均低于对照组,手术医生满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论 Market模式的应用可有效提高手术室高值耗材的管理水平,值得在临床推广应用。

Application of the Market Mode on the Management of High Value Consumable Equipment in the Operating Room

Objective To discuss the scientific management strategies for the high value consumable equipment in the operating room.Methods The 10200 pieces of high value consumables which was used between January 2012 to May 2012 were selected as control group, and 12324 pieces of high value consumables which was used between June 2012 to October 2012 were selected as observation group.Control group was managed regularly,while observation group was managed under market mode.Results The time spend on counting daily inventory,the number material leakage and providing equipment usage time period in observation group were significantly lower than which in control group,and the satisfaction level of doctors in observation group was higher than which in control group. （P〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The application of the Market model can effectively improve the efficiency of high value consumable equipment management in operating room.
