大株红景天注射液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛51例

目的 评价大株红景天注射液对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）心绞痛的疗效。方法 将102例老年冠心病心绞痛患者随机均分为两组,各51例。对照组给予吸氧、硝酸酯类药物、阿司匹林、β-受体阻滞剂、调脂等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用大株红景天注射液治疗。观察治疗过程中两组患者心绞痛症状及心电图改善情况,并检测治疗前后患者血清胱抑素C（CyC）、髓过氧化物酶（MPO）活性变化情况,同时观察不良反应。结果 观察组患者心绞痛发作频率、发作程度及心电图改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后CyC、MPO水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,观察组下降程度更明显（P〈0.05）。结论 大株红景天注射液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛效果显著,能有效降低患者CyC、MPO水平,且治疗过程安全,患者耐受性良好,是临床存在用药禁忌患者的有效替代治疗方案。

Clinical Efficacy of Dazhuhongjingtian Injection in Treating 51 Cases of Angina in Senile Coronary Heart Disease Angina

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Dazhuhongjingtian Injection in treating senile coronary heart disease angina. Methods 102 patients with senile coronary heart disease angina were randonly divided into 2 groups,51 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine therapy of oxygen inhalation, nitrates, aspirin, 13- blockers and regulating lipid. On the basis of the control treatment, the observation group was added with Dazhuhongjingtian Injection. The improvement of Angina symptoms and EKG were observed during the treatment process. The change of cystatin C（CyC） and myeloperoxidase（MPO） were detected before and after treatment. At the same time the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The improvement of onset frequency,onset severity and EKG of angina in the observation group was significantly superior to the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of serum CyC and MPO after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment（P 〈 0. 05）,but the decrease in the observation group was more obvious（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dazhuhongjingtian Injection play a very important role in curing angina,can effectively decrease serum CyC and MPO levels,the treatment process is safe and the patient＇s tolerance is good,which is an alternatiue plan for the patients with contrairdications.
