我院2013年心脑血管类药物应用分析

目的 了解医院心脑血管类药物的使用情况,为加强合理用药提供依据。方法 统计医院计算机系统2013年心脑血管类药物的用药记录,分析心脑血管类药物的配备、用药数量及金额、用药频度（DDDs）及联用情况。结果 医院2013年共配备206种心脑血管类药物,累计使用药品339 482例次,药品总金额为1 774.14万元;用药频度列前3位的药品是卡托普利、美托洛尔缓释片和硝酸异山梨酯;联用2种及以上心脑血管类药物的占89.69%。结论 该院心脑血管类药物配备齐全,国家基本药物的使用率较高,且心脑血管类药物的用药频度符合该院心脑血管疾病的发病谱。

Analysis of Use of Cardiocerebrovascular Drugs in Our Hospital in 2013

Objective To understand the use situation of cardiocerebrovascular drugs in our hospital to provide the basis for their ratio- hal use. Methods The medication records of cardiocerebrovascular drug use in the computer system were performed the statistical anal- ysis on the number,use amount, amount of money, use frequency and combination use of cardiocerebrovascular drugs. Results 206 kinds of cardiocerebrovascular drugs were equipped in our hospital during 2013. The cumulative use times of drugs were 339 482 case-times,and the total amount of drugs was 17 741 400 Yuan;the top three drugs in the use frequency were captopril,Metoprolol Sustained Release Tablets and isosorbide esters; the 2 or more drug combination accounted for 89.69%. Conclusion The equipment of cardiocerebrovascular drugs in our hospital is completed,the use rate of the national essential drugs is higher,and the use frequency of cardiocerebrovascular drugs is in line with the spectrum of cardiocerebrovascular disease in our hospital.
