阿归养血颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的 提高并完善阿归养血颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对白芍、黄芪、甘草进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对当归和川芎进行鉴别;同时采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(10∶90),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm。结果 TLC法色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性良好。芍药苷对照品进样量在0.048 56~0.971 2μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.23%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Quality Standard for Egui Yangxue Granules

Abstract:bjective To improve and perfect the quality standard for Egui Yangxue Granules. Methods Radix angelicae sinensis and Rhizoma chuanxiong were identified by HPLC. Radix paeoniae alba, glycyrrhiza uralensis and Radix astragali were indentified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in Radix paeoniae alba was determined by HPLC. The HPLC system consisted of the Agilent TC- C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with acetonitrile-water(10:90) as the mobile phase,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength at 230 nm. Results The developed TLC spots were quite clear, and the TLC method was simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 048 56-0. 971 2 μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.47%, RSD was 1.23% (n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple, reliable, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Egui Yangxue Granules.
