益肾泄浊方治疗痛风性肾病并慢性肾衰竭32例

目的 观察益肾泄浊方治疗痛风性肾病并慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法 将64例痛风性肾病并慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各32例。研究组患者采用益肾泄浊方治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果 研究组的总有效率为84.37%,明显高于对照组的68.75%（χ^2=4.11,P〈0.05）;治疗后,研究组的血尿酸、血尿素氮、血肌酐、肌酐清除率等指标与对照组比较,有明显差异（t=4.65,3.25,5.01,3.97,P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异。结论 益肾泄浊方治疗痛风性肾病并慢性肾衰竭的疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction in Treating Gouty Nephropathy Complicating Chronic Renal Failure in 32 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction in treating gouty nephropathy complicating chronic re- nal failure, Methods 64 patients with gouty nephropathy complicating chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The study group adopted Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction,while the control group was given the routine western medicine therapy. The clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared Detueen the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 84.37% in the study group,which was significantly higher than 68.75% in the control group （χ^2 =4. 11, P 〈 0.05）;the indexes of blood uric acid,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,creatinine clearance rate after treatment in the study group had statistically significant differences compared with the control group （t =4. 65,3.25,5.01,3.97, P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction has the definite clinical effect in treating gouty nephropathy complicating chronic renal failure and low occurrence rate of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
