摘    要:目的:建立测定聚甲酚磺醛栓含量的电位滴定法。方法采用玻璃-饱和甘汞电极,用电位滴定法测定聚甲酚磺醛栓的含量。结果经方法学验证,聚甲酚磺醛线性范围是0.12~0.21 g,r=1.0000,平均回收率为100.99%,RSD=0.25%( n=9)。结论该测定方法快速、准确,适量于产品的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a potentiometric titration method for the content determination of Policresulen Suppositories. Methods Using glass-saturated calomel electrode, the content of Policresulen Suppositories was determined by the potentiometric titration. Resuts By the methodological verification, the calibration curve of policresulen was linear in the range of 0. 12-0. 21 g ( r=1. 000 0 ) , the av-erage recovery rate was 100. 99%,RSD=0. 2%( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Policresulen Suppositories.
