窄带成像内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗大肠侧向发育性肿瘤患者的围术期护理

目的探讨窄带成像内镜(norrow-band imaging,NBI)下行黏膜下层剥离术(submucosal endoscopic dissection,ESD)治疗大肠侧向发育性肿瘤(1aterally sreading tumor,LST)患者的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2009年8月至2011年8月,解放军第155医院收治的在NBI下行ESD治疗的21例大肠LST患者的临床资料。结果 21例大肠LST患者均安全、成功完成手术,未发生迟发性出血。结论充分的术前准备、术中配合并加强对术后并发症的观察和护理是NBI下行ESD治疗大肠LST患者的重要保证.

Perioperative Nursing for the Narrowband Imaging Submucosal Endoscopic Dissection among Patients with Colorectal Laterally Spreading Tumors

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing strategies of 21 cases of colorectal laterally spreading tumors in the narrow-band imaging endoscopy downlink submucosa decollement perioperative care with the points. In order to improve the success rate of ESD and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 21 cases in the narrow-band imaging, endoscopic submucosal dissection treatment of colorectal laterally spreading tumors, and summarize the targeted nursing and cooperation methods. Results Narrow band imaging endoscopic submucosal dissection treat- ment of colorectal laterally developmental tumor, 21 cases of success, all lesions were complete decolle- mented without serious complications. Conclusions The nurse is an important guarantee for the correct preoperative preparation,psychological nursing and the observation and nursing of postoperative complica- tions of endoscopic submucosal decollement in the narrow-band imaging to be successful treatment of the patients with colorectal laterally spreading tumors.
