医院药品风险管理的实践探讨

目的 加强医院药品风险管理,保证患者用药安全。方法 总结主管部门和相关科室在药品生产和使用流程中对药品风险管理的具体实施。结果 药品风险管理贯穿于药品的整个生命周期,医院领导和全体医务人员对药品风险管理认知程度还不够。结论 针对药品使用风险的来源提出购药源头及窗口调配环节的风险管理,强化医务人员的综合素质管理,完善硬件设施和规章制度管理。

Practice and Experience of Hospital Drug Risk Management

Objective To enhance the hospital drug risk management for ensuring the safety of patient medication. Methods The specific implementation of drug use workflow by the authority competent authorities and relevant departments was studied and discussed. Results The drug risk management ran throughout the whole life cycle of drugs ,but the hospital leaders and medical staffs were insufficient in the cognition degree of pharmaceutical risk management. Conclusion Aiming at the risk sources of drug use, the risk management of the medicines purchase and the window deployment link is proposed, the overall quality management of the medical staffs is strengthened and the management of hardware facilities, system and regulations is perfected.
