抗组胺药治疗重症眩晕的疗效

目的:评价抗组胺药治疗重症眩晕的疗效。方法:对符合条件的96例重症眩晕症患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者先肌内注射异丙嗪针剂25mg,然后予改善循环药物,6小时后服用茶苯海明片25mg,每6小时1次;对照组仅予改善循环药物,24h观察期内除维持静脉滴注外,不再使用其他任何药物。结果:两组显效率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:抗组胺药对快速缓解重症眩晕症状显著优于改善循环补液等常规治疗。

Therapeutic efficacy of antihistamines in the treatment of severe vertigo

Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of antihistamines in the treatment of severe vertigo.Method Ninety-six patients with severe vertigo were divided into two groups,the observation group and the contrast group.Promethazine（25 mg） was muscle injected for the patients of the observation group after reception.Then,gave fluids and drugs that could improve circulation,Dimenhydrinate tablets（25 mg） was taken orally every six hours after 6 hours.The patients of the contrast group only gave fluids and drugs that could improve circulation.Any drugs were no longer used during 24 h observation period except for maintaining intravenous drip.Results The significant effect rate of the two groups showed significant difference（χ2 = 18.000,P = 0.000）.The total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference（χ2 = 11.594,P = 0.001）.Conclusion To alleviate symptoms of severe vertigo quickly,antihistamine is remarkably superior to the conventional treatments such as improving circulation and infusion.
