| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清铁蛋白(SF)在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者中的变化和临床意义。方法:采用国际血液学标准化委员会介绍的酶法及放射免疫法检测。结果:MDS组与AA组相比较血清LDH及SF水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AA组和对照组比较二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清LDH、SF水平可作为MDS与AA鉴别诊断的血清学指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of changes of serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,serum ferritin（SF） in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS） or plastic anemia（AA）.Method Hematology enzymatic and radioimmunoassay introduced by the International Committee for Standardization.Results The levels of serum LDH and SF were significantly higher in MDS group,compared to AA group,the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05） ;AA group and the normal control group showed no significant difference in the two indicators（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The levels of serum LDH,SF in MDS and AA can be used as serological indicators of differential diagnosis. |
