126例突发性耳聋患者综合治疗的对照研究

目的:探讨药物、高压氧、卡波金治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:将126例突聋患者按入院顺序随机分为单纯药物治疗组40例(40耳),高压氧联合药物治疗组42例(44耳),卡波金联合药物治疗组44例(46耳),对三组疗效进行比较。结果:单纯药物治疗组疗效低于高压氧联合药物治疗组和卡波金联合药物治疗组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高压氧联合药物治疗组和卡波金联合药物治疗组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药物配合高压氧或卡波金的综合治疗是突发性耳聋治疗的有效方法,可根据患者具体情况进行选择。

126 patients with sudden deafness control study of combined treatment of patients

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of medicine,hyperbaric oxygenation and Carbogen in the treatment of sudden hearing loss.Methods 126 sudden hearing loss patients were divided into simple medicine treatment group（40 cases,40 ears）,HBO combined medicine treatment group（42 cases,44 ears）and Carbogen combined medicine treatment group（44 cases,46 ears） according to the order of been hospitalized.Results The effectiveness of simple medicine was lower than HBO combined medicine and Carbogen combined medicine treatment and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there was no difference between HBO combined medicine and Carbogen combined medicine （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Medicine combined HBO or Carbogen is effective for the treatment of hearing loss and should be selected according to the condition of the patients.
