幽门螺杆菌感染与胃十二指肠溃疡的相关性研究

目的:探讨胃十二指肠溃疡与幽门螺杆茵感染的关系。方法:对280例消化性溃疡的患者施行胃镜检查及14C-尿素呼气检验。结果:内镜下诊断胃溃疡116例(41.4%),十二指肠溃疡118例(42.1%),复合性溃疡46例(16.4%)。消化性溃疡Hp感染阳性率达91.1%,其中胃溃疡Hp感染率最高(94.8%),十二指肠溃疡Hp感染率最低(86.4%)。结论:Hp感染是消化性溃疡的重要病因,根除Hp感染是治疗消化性溃疡疾病的重要措施。

Study on the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and gastric ulcer

Objective To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and gastric ulcer.Methods 280 patients who with peptic ulcer for gastroscope inspection and 14C-urea expiratory inspection.Results Endoscopic diagnosis 116 cases were gastric ulcer（41.4%）,118 cases of duodenal ulcer（42.1%）,46 cases of compound ulcer （16.4%）.Hp infection rate of chronic peptic ulcer is 91.1%,Gastric ulcer Hp infection is the highest（94.8%）,Duodenal ulcer Hp infection is the lowest（86.4%）.Conclusion Hp infection is an important cause of chronic peptic ulcer,Hp infection eradication is the treatment of peptic ulcer disease.
