陈旧性胸腰段骨折手术治疗的评价与分析

目的:探讨与评价陈旧性胸腰段骨折手术治疗方式的临床疗效。方法:对26例陈旧性胸腰段骨折患者分别给予前路减压融合内固定手术与后路经椎弓根椎体截骨术,分析两种手术治疗的临床疗效。结果:甲组的手术时间平均206min,术中出血平均980ml,cobb角由术前25.1°降低到11.5°;乙组的手术时间平均252min,术中出血平均1439ml,cobb角由术前25.9°降低到4.5°。结论:前路减压融合内固定手术可以重建脊柱的稳定性且减压充分,后路经椎弓根椎体截骨术可作为一种补充,手术的方式选择主要根据患者的病况而定。

Evaluation of surgical treatment of old thoracolumbar fractures

Objective To explore and evaluate the clinical effect of surgical treatment in old thoracolumbar fractures.Method Total 26 patients with old thoracolumbar fractures were treated with anterior decompression and fusion and internal fixation with posterior transpedicular vertebral osteotomy,respectively,the clinical efficacy of two surgical treatment were analyzed.Results The average operation time was 20 min,the mean blood loss was 980 ml,cobb angle was 25.1° before surgery,decreased to 11.5°in group A;and those in group B were 252 min,1 439 ml,cobb angle from 25.9° to 4.5°,respectively.Conclusion Anterior decompression and fusion and internal fixation to restore spinal stability and adequate decompression and posterior transpedicular vertebral osteotomy can be used as a supplement to the main operation mode choice may be,depending on the patient＇s condition.
