宫颈电热圈环切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变226例的效果

目的明确宫颈电热圈环切术(LEEP)锥切对治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效。方法对高淳县人民医院226例子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ～Ⅲ级患者行LEEP治疗并观察疗效。结果 23例CINⅠ和106例CINⅡ患者术后病理检查结果切缘均无病灶残留,97例CINⅢ及宫颈原位鳞癌患者中3例切缘为CINⅠ级,予定期门诊随访;4例因切缘为CINⅡ或CINⅢ,均在1个月后行全子宫切除术;2例术后病理结果为宫颈鳞癌Ⅰa1期,行次广泛全子宫切除术。结论 LEEP锥切是治疗CIN的理想方法,值得进一步推广。

LEEP in Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia: Clinical Observation of 226 Cases

Objective] To identify the efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （ CIN ） Methods] LEEP was performed on 226 cases of CIN Ⅰ- Ⅲ in Gaochun County Peoples＇Hospital. The efficacy was observed. Results] No residual lesion was found on incisal margin, after surgery on 23 cases of CIN Ⅰ and 106 eases of CIN Ⅱ. Of 97 cases of CIN Ⅲ and cervical squamous cell carcinoma in situ, 3 cases＇incisal margin belonged to CIN Ⅰ which needed regu- lar follow-up in clinic ; 4 cases received hysterectomy after 1 month, due to the incisal margin are CIN Ⅱ or CIN Ⅲ ; 2 cases with pathological result as cervical squamous cell carcinoma I Phase a1 received Sub-extensive hysterectomy. Conclusion] LEEP conization is the ideal way to treat CIN and should be further popularized .
