超声评价扩张型心肌病患者血管内皮功能的临床研究

Clinical evaluation of endothelial function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with ultrasonography

Objective To detect endothelial function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) by measuring endothelium dependent flow mediated dilation (EDD) of brachial artery with a LOGIQ 500 high resolution ultrasound system,and to evaluate the reliability of the method.Methods Fifty three patients with DCM were divided into 3 groups according to NYHA functional classification criteria, and the normal control were 15 age matched healthy volunteers. Endothelial function was evaluated by detecting EDD of brachial artery, and plasma vWF and ET 1 concentrations were measured by ELISA and RIA, respectively.Results EDD of brachial artery in DCM groups is significantly lower than that of normal control. The levels of plasma vWF and ET 1 in DCM groups were significantly higher than those of normal control. In DCM groups, EDD is negatively correlated with the levels of both plasma vWF and ET 1 concentrations.Conclusions Endothelial dysfunction exists in patients with DCM, and evaluating endothelial function by measuring EDD of brachial artery with ultrasonography is reliable.
