64层螺旋CT在心肌桥诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的应用64层螺旋CT提高对心肌桥的诊断效能,指导临床工作。方法对2009年10月至2010年2月期间284例检查图像质量好的受检者进行回顾性分析,图像经多种重建方式(包括VR、MIP、CRP等)后处理,观察MB-MCA的出现频率、部位、MB的厚度及长度、MCA受压的狭窄程度。结果共有79例发现心肌桥,占27.8%;共发现心肌桥83段,单桥75例,发现双桥4例。MB的厚度为(1.8±0.8)mm,MB的长度为(2.6±1.3)mm,39段壁冠状动脉管腔有不同程度的狭窄,16例可见冠脉近端不同程度的血管粥样硬化。结论64层螺旋CT冠脉造影是诊断心肌桥高效、安全、清晰的诊断方式。

Application of 64-slice CT in Diagnosticating Myocardial Bridge
Abstract:Objective To elevate the efficacy of myocardial bridge diagnosis with 64-slice CT for guiding clinical work. Methods From October 2009 to February 2010,284 cases of 64-slice CT coronary angiograph were analyzed retrospectively,those images were reconstructed with several modes (including VR,MIP,CRP,etc.),the MB-MCA frequency of occurrence,the location,the thickness and length of MB,the narrow level of MCA were observed. Results A total of 79 cases of myocardial bridge was found (27.8%),75 single MB and 4 double MB of total 83 MB. The thickness of myocardial bridges was (1.8 ± 0.8) mm,and length was (2.6 ± 1.3) mm. 39 mural coro-nary artery lumen appeared stenosis with different degrees,and 16 cases of coronary artery atherosclerosis of blood vessels were found. Conclusion 64-slice CT coronary angiograph was the effective,safe,limpid diagnosis method of myocardial bridge.
