大鼠皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤介导物的EPR实验探讨

摘    要:目的观察大鼠腹部皮瓣在缺血再灌注时氧自由基(ROO)的变化.方法应用电子顺磁共振技术(EPR,是用来扫描生物体内在生理或病理状态下产生的某些代谢物质及其数量的仪器.它是以某物质独具有的波谱图形显示的),对缺血再灌注后的大鼠腹部皮瓣的ROO的波谱进行直接检测.结果表明鼠皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤是由氧自由基介导的.在皮瓣缺血再灌注后产生大量的超氧阴离子自由基,其变化十分活跃.结论大鼠腹壁岛状皮瓣是用电子顺磁共振技术观察研究氧自由基变化的较为理想的模型.

Experimental Study on EPR of Oxygen Free Radical Changes when Rat Skin Flap Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury Medium
Abstract:Objective: To observe the change of oxygen free radical (ROO) when abdominal skin flap of rat in ischemia and reperfusion. Methods: The ROO of rat abdominal flap after ischemic reperfusion was detected directly with electronic paramagnetic resonance (EPR). Results: It was indicated that the skin flap ischemic reperfusion injury of rat were involved by ROO and produced lots of superoxygen anion free radical after skin flap in ischemic reperfusion. Its changes were very active. Conclusion: The insular skin flap of rat's abdominal wall might be more ideal model of oxygen free radical change for observation and study with EPR.
