国产西替利嗪片治疗荨麻疹的临床观察

采用严格的双盲平行组对照试验的方法， 用国产西替利嗪片和进口西替利嗪片分别治疗各种类型的荨麻疹３０例和３１ 例。结果前者有效率为９３．３％ ， 后者有效率为９６．７％ ， 经Ｒｉｄｉｔ检验及治疗前后积分对比分析， 均显示两组病人的疗效相当， 且国产药和进口药均具有显著疗效。两药的副作用均较轻微， 主要是轻微的中枢神经系统镇静作用，但发生率均较低， 前者为１６．６％ ， 后者为１２．９％ 。说明国产西替利嗪片治疗各种类型的急慢性荨麻疹， 无论其疗效和安全性都相当于进口西替利嗪片， 是较理想的抗组胺药

The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Urticaria by Domestic Cetirizine

By using a double-blind, parallel, com parative trial, 30 and 31 cases of urticaria w ith various types w ere subjected to the treatm ent of dom estic cetirizene and im ported cetirizine respectively, w ith the effective rate of the form er and the latter being 93.3 % and 96.7 % respectively, indicating no significant difference betw een the tw o groups by Ridit test and integralcontrastanalysis. There w as also no significant statistical difference betw een the tw o groups in side effects (m ainly m ild sedation on the centralnervons system ) . These results show ed thatdom estic cetirizine, w hich w as equivalentto im ported cetirizine iefficacy and safety, w as a kind ofgood antihistam inics for treatm ent ofurticaria.
