| 摘 要： | 目的 泪道硅膠插管術治療泪道阻塞的療效觀察。方法 對65例72眼泪道阻塞(包括泪小管、泪總管、鼻泪管單純阻塞)患者采用泪道環行硅膠插管術治療,留管3-6月,拔管后用慶大霉素冲洗泪道并注入瀟萊威眼劑。结果 65例72眼中治愈66眼,治愈率為91.67％。其中包括1例雙眼上、下泪小管全程阻塞者及3例泪道激光術后失敗或復發者。结論 泪道硅膠插管是治療泪道阻塞的一個好辦法,療效好,無并發症,而且可用于探通、激光等其它治療失敗的病例。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of lacrimal obstruction treated by lacrimal silicon intubation. Methods 65 cases (72 eyes) were treated by means of implanting the silicon tube into lacrimal passage as a temporary internal stand. The tubes were kept there for three to six months. After the removal of the tubes, the lacrimal passages were rinsed with Gentamycine and Cellubation. Results 66 of 72 eyes were cured (91.67%). Conclusion Lacrimal silicon intubation is easily performed to treat lacrimal obstruction without any complication. It provides an effective and safe therapeutic way for patients of lacrimal obstruction |
