摘    要:目的建立羚羊清肺颗粒中黄芩苷含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Technologies Zorbax Extend-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸溶液(47∶53∶0.2),流速0.8mL/min,检测波长280nm,柱温30℃。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在200.0~1000.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD=0.28%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,准确可靠,可用于羚羊清肺颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To set up a determination method of baicalin content in Lingyang Qingfei Granules. Methods The HPLC method was developed to quantitative determination. The Agilent Technologies Zorbax Extend-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47 ∶ 53 ∶ 0. 2) . The column temperature was 30 ℃ ,the wavelength for detection was 280 nm,and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL / min. Results The linear relation was obtained in the range of 200. 0-1 000. 0 μg / mL for baicalin. The average recovery rate of baicalin was 99. 53% ,and RSD was 0. 28% ( n = 6) . Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable and suitable for the quality control of Lingyang Qingfei Granules.
