经阴道超声在绝经后子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值

目的:探讨经阴道超声对绝经后子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法:采用经阴道彩色多普勒技术观察96例绝经后出血患者的子宫内膜厚度、形态及血流参数。结果:在内膜厚度、血管密度及阻力指数方面,子宫内膜癌、良性病变(各种炎症、子宫内膜增生或不典型增生、子宫内膜息肉)及非器质性改变(增生期子宫内膜、分泌期子宫内膜、萎缩性子宫内膜)两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内膜厚度与血管密度具有相关性(r=0.52,P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒技术检测患者的内膜厚度、回声情况,血管密度、阻力指数等可准确预测绝经后出血患者子宫内膜的病理变化。

The diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography for endometrial lesions in postmenopausai women

Objective: To study the value of endometrial lesions in women with postmenopausal bleeding by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods: Ninety-six women with postmenopausal bleeding were included and finally proved by hysteroscopy or operation.The width,morphology and blood flow of endometrium were observed.Results: In endomembrane thickness,blood vessel density and resistance index,discrepancy among them has statistical significance with nonorganic disease,benign lesion and endometrial cancer.There was correlation between endomembrane thickness and blood vessel density.Conclusions: Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography can predict pathological change of endometrium in women with postmenopausal bleeding.
