| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法18例颅内脂肪瘤患均经siemens AR—X型全身CT扫描装置行头颅CT平扫。从颅顶至颅底作层厚10mm，间隔10mm的横断扫描。结果颅内脂肪瘤多位于中线区脑池内，8例见于纵裂池内，5例见于胼胝体部，4例见于侧脑室，以及1例见于颅后凹内。脂肪瘤的CT值在-7～-4．5Hu，直径介于4至8mm之间。结论CT对颅内脂肪瘤可做出准确定位。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the usefulness of computed tomography (CT) in the diagnsis of intracranial lipoma. Methods CT plain scan of the head in 18 patients with intracranial lipoma was performed with a Siemens AR X scanner, 10 mm axial slice apart 10 mm were taken from the top of the vault to cranial base Results Intracranial lipomas located mostly in the cerebral cistern of midline area, of them, 8 cases seen in cistern of longitudinal fissure, 5 cases seen in corpus callosum, 4 cases seen in lateral ventricle. and 1 cases seen in retrocranial recess. CT value of the lipomas ranged between - 7 ~ - 4. 5 Hu with a diameter of 4 mm ~ 8 mm. Conclusion CT can accu- rately reveal the location of intracranial lipomas |
