| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补阳还五汤加减治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：以补阳还五汤为基础组方。配合水蛭、田七等中药粉剂治疗高脂血症35例，设常规治疗组30例对照，观察血脂、血液流变学变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率94．29％，明显高于对照组80．00％（P〈0．05）；血脂、血液漉变学的改善，治疗组也明显优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：补阳还五汤加减对高脂血症确有一定的临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of the plus and minus of the invigorating Yang decoction for recuperation,when it is used to treat high-hyperlipemia.Methods:Mixing decoction invigorating Yang for recuperation with other TCD powder,such as bloodsucker and panax pseudo-ginseng,etc.using this admixture treat 35 cases of high-hyperlipemia,and using general therapy group treat 30 cases too.Results:The actovoty ratio of the therapy group is 94.29%,and the control group's is(80.00)%.The therapy group is better than the control group because the compare of two group's result is P<0.05.Conclusion:The result is affirmation,when the plus and minus of the invigorating Yang decoction for recuperation is used to treat high-hyperlipemia. |
