柠鸡儿叶中总黄酮的提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:研究柠鸡儿叶中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:应用正交设计表L9(34)设计总黄酮的提取工艺,采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定柠鸡儿叶中总黄酮的含量。结果:总黄酮提取工艺中液料比为主要影响因素,乙醇浓度、提取时间次之,浸提温度影响最小。结论:该提取工艺合理、可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Caragana microphylla Lam.leaves.Methods:The total flavonoids in the extract was used to research effects of solid-to-liquid,ethanol concentration,extrac-tion duration and refluxing temperature on extraction with orthogonal design.Total flavonoids in Caragana microphylla Lam.leaves was detected by colorimetry of sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate.Results:The order of factors which affected the total flavonids′s extraction was as follows:solid-to-1iquid ratioethanol concentrationextraction durationrefluxing temperature.Conclusion:This technological process is reasonable and feasible.
