摘    要:目的检验卡特尔16种人格因素文件的信度和效度,并标定该问卷的广州市高中学生常模。方法采用祝蓓里、戴忠恒修订卡氏16PF中译本,从广州市真光中学高中学生中,随机抽取499名被试者进行检验和标定。并对其中的44名学生进行了重复测试。结果该问卷的重测信度良好(重测信度r=0.63),效度符合要求。我们标定了广州市高中学生(男、女)二个常模。结论处于不同时代的学生人格因素差畀有显著意义或极显著意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),因此常模的修订很有必要。16PF较高的信度和鉴别力,可为广州市高中学生心理诊断或科研工作之用。

Abstract:Objective To verify the reliability and validity of sixteen personality factor questionnaire (16PF) and construct the Guangzhou norm of 16PF in senior high school students. Methods A total of 499 students of True Light Middle School in Guangzhou were randomly sampled and studied, and 44 students were retested after two weeks. Results The liability of 16PF was high (r=0.63) and the validity was completely effective. The Guangzhou norm of 16PF in senior high school students has been constructed. Conclusions There are significant differences of personality factors among students in difference times, P<0.05 or P<0.01. It is necessity and important to form and reform the norm. 16 PF has high stability and discerning power, which will help the psychological research and diagnosis in students.
