大鼠SmI施加密胆碱后电针与乙酰胆碱对束旁核伤害性反应的影响

摘    要:本实验用玻璃微电极细胞外记录和微电泳的方法,观察到:电针“足三里”、“环跳”穴能够抑制丘脑束旁核(Pf)神经元的伤害性反应;用密胆碱(HC-3)处理大鼠皮层SmI后,电针的抑制作用被取消;微电泳外源性导入乙酰胆碱(ACh)后,丘脑Pf神经元的伤害性反应被抑制,此作用与HC-3处理SmI前的电针效应相似。由此提示:电针可通过激活大鼠皮层SmI释放ACh,抑制丘脑Pf神经元的伤害性反应。

Influence of EA and ACh on Nociceptive Responses of Pf Neurons Following Topical Application of HC-3 at SmI in Rats
Abstract:The influences of EA and iontophoretic ACh on nociceptive responses of Pf neurons following topical application of HC-3 at Sml were recorded extracellularly by multi-microelectrodes in rats. It was found that EA could inhibit the nociceptive responses of Pf neurons; the inhibition could be eliminated by topical application of HC-3 at SmI; iontophoretic ACh could also induce the inhibition, which was similar to the effect of EA obtained before HC-3 application at SmI. The results indicate that EA can inhibit the nociceptive responses of Pf neurons through SmI releasing ACh.
