电针对正常大鼠免疫功能影响的时效观察

摘    要:本工作通过每天给于电针刺激正常SD大鼠左侧足三里(ST36)、阑尾穴(Extra33),观察1、3、5、7、9不同天数电针对大鼠ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应及IL-2诱生的变化。结果表明;电针3、5、7天组ConA刺激的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应明显增强(P<0.05;P<0.001;P<0.05)。1天组与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),9天组回降到针前水平。该组数据经曲线回归分析法处理,R2=0.9901。电针3天组、5天组IL-2诱生的cpm值显著升高(P<0.05)。该工作对于临床针刺治疗选择时程具有一定的指导意义。

Time Course of The Effect of Electroacupuncture on Immunomodulation of Normal Rat
Abstract:Lymphocyte proliferation of splenocytes induced by concanavalin A(Con A) and the induction of IL-2 production test were used to study the effects of acupuncture on immunomodulation by stimulation of Zusanli(ST 36) and Lanwei (Extra 33) points of the rat's left leg.It was observed that the lymphocyte proliferation of splenocytes was increased in EA groups of 3 days (p<0.05),5 days (p <0.001) and 7 days (P<0.05).The parabolical curve could be found by currilinear regression (R2 =0.9901).EA groups of 3 days and 5 days had a significantly increased induction of IL-2 production (P<0.05).These results will be helpful to choose an optimal time for clinical treatment
